Frequently Asked Questions

  • When the deed does not contain a postal code and house number.
  • When purchasing former rental properties.
  • When acquiring building plots or other land, even if it was later built upon.
  • When a plot is split after transfer, making it unclear which amount was paid for which part.

Yes, you can request a cadastral report for any plot, regardless of whether you are the owner or not.
As soon as a purchase deed is signed by the notary and registered with the Land Registry, the sale price becomes known and is passed on to us. Our purchase price information is updated monthly; around the 20th of each month, the data from the previous month is available in our reports.
After your purchase, you will receive the report digitally via an email with a download link. The report is available immediately after payment and provides current and comprehensive information.
The data you request comes from the Land Registry Database (BRK). This contains an overview of the updated data at that moment. The data in the BRK changes when new information about the rights or condition of a piece of land is stored in this register. The data in the map is updated daily. The information you receive is therefore at most 1 day old. The requested data indicates when you requested the information.
